Oh and Al Green and Candi Staton.
The most impressive was the Killers. Brandon Flowers is a showman like I've never, ever experienced.
He was like a young Michael Jackson.
He had this star quality. He has this Frank Sinatra elegance.
I never once wondered what he'd had for lunch or what his mum was called or if he was sweaty or tired.
I didn't think of him as a human, pardon the pun. I wanted that. We're in a recession across the globe.
People need something bright and light and fun in their life.
